The Outer Banks is a great place for a family vacation. Big rental houses give an opportunity for extended family to stay together. And when everyone's together for the week, well, that's when the magic happens!
Hours spent teaching littles to boogie board and taking walks on the beach with grandpa add up to some serious quality time with the fam. Let's celebrate all the bonding and happy memories created with a family portrait session!
Most of our sessions are ones that include extended families. We are experts at knowing what you want to come away with and getting it all done in the time you have. Even better, it's so fun and easy that you'll be surprised we got it all in!
When you book your session you can do an hour or 30 minutes. It's completely up to you and we help you decide, based on your group, how much time you need.
The P family's session is a good example of what a 30 minute session could look like for you and your extended family. They brought their two daughters and both sets of grandparents.
We started out with some family photos of just mom, dad and the girls. I love how happy they all are!
Then we added one side of grandparents, then everyone, then the other side of grandparents. All this in just a couple of minutes!
Of course the girls thought it was so funny when I asked them to say "Grandpa has stinky feet!"
Then both sets of grandparents got to cuddle with their girls! We think it's so special and important to get these photos. Because that's the way grandkids feel about their grandparents!
Then came play time! The girls played on the beach and I went back and took some more pictures of the grown ups.
I also love how we got to photograph the grandparents with their original kids. As a mom I know that they never stop being your baby!
